Auto Claims Journey
The first major project I was involved in was the auto claims declaration process. This project was a cornerstone for the company. I worked closely with developers and business stakeholders to build a process that addressed both business challenges and user needs.
First, I participated in the creation and conduct of qualitative user research interviews regarding auto claims declaration to better understand their needs and expectations regarding an online declaration process. I spoke with many people who had filed an auto claim in the last 6 months, which was very helpful for the design of the process. Numerous weeks of design with the business teams followed in order to comply with the rules related to contracts and auto insurance.
In conclusion, I: - Created over 100 mockups. - Conducted user research interviews. - Analyzed tests and created mockups based on the user research conducted beforehand. Here is a small preview of the different screens created.
Auto Subscription Journey
The goal of this project was to continue the development of the online subscription process for an auto insurance contract, particularly by implementing promotional offers.
Therefore, I worked on optimizing the journey and creating a promotional display adapted to it.This project was a real team effort with Allianz back-office managers to build something that was optimized for users and that best met the technical constraints. I:

Motion design
Content Pages
The goal of this project was to make the various content pages regarding home insurance claims more accessible. We had a lot of information scattered across different pages of the site, and it needed to be grouped together to make it accessible.
Indeed, many people did not have access to the steps and important things to do in the event of a claim and ended up calling our advisors for things that are available on the site but very difficult to find. This posed a first problem of congestion of the lines as well as a feeling of abandonment on the part of our valued customers. So I:
- Created over 80 mockups.Wrote a user testing protocol. - Conducted user tests. - Analyzed tests and made the necessary changes to the pages based on the feedback.

Conclusion
This year at Allianz has allowed me to learn a great deal and to practice in the fields of UX, UI, but also motion design, which is my passion.
