Jobteaser

2 Years of cross platform design

Scroll

JobTeaser is a leading recruitment platform dedicated to bridging the gap between students, recent graduates, and their dream careers.

Experienced product designer
Mixing multiple skills
Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including a comprehensive redesign of the UI, a significant overhaul of the search functionality, and a deep dive into optimising the job detail page. These projects, along with many others, have allowed me to contribute to the platform's growth and evolution.
New search experience.
As a product designer for the mobile app squad within the B2C tribe at Jobteaser, I was tasked with improving the core job search experience. The goal was to enhance user engagement and satisfaction by making the search process more efficient and effective.

*This all project focused on major problems that were already known and documented in a database.
Project Initiation.
The project began just after the big UI revamp of the B2C platform defining a new branding for the website. I started a collaborative effort between the B2C designers to define the optimal search experience. We worked closely with the design system manager to create new components that would align with the desired look and feel. Additionally, we collaborated with the brand designers to ensure that the search feature was consistent with the overall Jobteaser branding.
User testing.
Throughout the project, we conducted extensive user testing to gather feedback and validate our design decisions. We conducted usability tests with a diverse group of participants, including students, recent graduates, and professionals. These tests allowed us to identify potential pain points, gather insights into user behavior, and make iterative improvements to the search experience.

Here is the final version of the search that we implemented.

A/B Testing and Rollout.
To measure the impact of the new search feature, we conducted an A/B test on the WWW platform, focusing on users who were not connected through a school. For schools, we implemented a progressive rollout strategy, starting with smaller institutions and gradually expanding to larger universities based on their approval.
Key Improvements and Results
